We focus on managing entire homes, and we do not handle rooms, suites, or properties where the owner or another stakeholder such as a long-term renter resides on-site. To be eligible for our short-term rental service, the property must meet our criteria for location, condition, regulatory compliance, equipment, and furnishings. We understand that every property has room for improvement, and we are willing to work with property owners to bring their properties up to our standards.
Does Premier Host offer a pay by service property management option?
While we do provide additional ‘à la carte’ services and products to improve your rental experience, our property management, hosting, cleaning, and concierge services constitute a comprehensive management solution. It's the most effective approach to ensuring quality and precision by managing these aspects together. Our familiarity with all aspects of your property enables us to handle any issues that may arise during bookings, while keeping communication channels clear. Where will my listings be posted?
Premier Host will post your short-term rental listings on popular travel channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.

How long does it take to set up my home as a short-term listing?
The time it takes to set up your home as a short-term rental listing can vary, but we aim to have your property listed and ready for rentals within two weeks.
How do you decide on my property rental fee?
We use market analysis and industry expertise to determine the optimal rental fee for your property.

How are my reservations managed?
We manage all aspects of your short-term rental reservations including guest communication, check-ins, and cleaning.
What is included in the cleaning service?
The cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of the property after each guest’s stay, including changing linens and restocking supplies. We can also provide additional cleaning services upon request.
Can I access my travel account to view reservations?
Yes, you can access your travel account to view your short-term rental reservations.
Can I access my property while guests are there?
We will work with you to schedule any necessary property visits while guests are not present.
What is the damage claim compensation process?
The damage claim compensation process varies depending on the travel channel used to book the reservation. We will collect evidence such as photos, receipts, and estimates to submit to the travel channel and work to establish the best case for the property owner.
