Important Event Requirements
To protect our homes, our guests, and our community relationships, all events hosted at Premier Host properties must meet the following requirements.
Event Insurance

Private event insurance is mandatory

Must cover the full duration of the event

Premier Host Inc. and the property owner must be named as additionally insured

Proof required prior to final approval

Mobile Washrooms
REQUIRED

Required for all events with day guests

Protects septic systems and plumbing

Required even if the property has multiple bathrooms

Must be professionally delivered and removed

Failure to meet event requirements may result in cancellation of the event portion of the booking. All event details must be approved in writing prior to arrival.
