We specialize in micro weddings and intimate gatherings hosted at select Premier Host properties, including weddings, elopements, showers, retreats, celebrations, and private dining experiences.

What qualifies as a “micro event”?

An intimate gathering with limited guests. Guest limits vary by property and must be approved in advance.

Do events need approval before booking?

Yes. Events must be approved prior to booking. Unapproved events may be cancelled.

Which properties allow events?

Only select Premier Host homes. Each has specific guest, parking, and noise guidelines.

Is event insurance required?

Yes. Private event insurance is mandatory and must be submitted before approval.

Are mobile washrooms required?

Yes. Required for all events with day guests to protect septic systems.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes, with prior approval. Vendors must be insured, professional, and follow property guidelines.

Are there additional fees?

Yes. Events may require an event fee, security deposit, and/or additional cleaning. All fees are disclosed in advance.

Can guests stay overnight?

Overnight guests are limited to the home’s sleeping capacity and must be approved.

To protect our homes, our guests, and our community relationships, all events hosted at Premier Host properties must meet the following requirements.

Event Insurance

REQUIRED

Private event insurance is mandatory
Must cover the full duration of the event
Premier Host Inc. and the property owner must be named as additionally insured
Proof required prior to final approval

This ensures peace of mind for everyone involved.

Mobile Washrooms

REQUIRED

Required for all events with day guests
Protects septic systems and plumbing
Required even if the property has multiple bathrooms
Must be professionally delivered and removed
