The commission rate for our services starts at 18%, although this rate can vary depending on factors such as the size and amenities at the property. We also provide discounts for property owners with multiple properties.
Property owners receive a monthly payout reflecting the revenue generated in the previous month, after deducting the service fees charged by the relevant travel channels. These fees typically range from 3% to 15% per reservation, depending on the channel.
To ensure that property owners are compensated fairly, Premier Host adjusts the nightly rental fee for each travel channel to account for the varying service fee rates.

TRAVEL CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
We provide access to a variety of travel channels which collectively attract 363 million unique visitors on a monthly basis. We offer tools for optimizing pricing and search rankings on these channels, as well as a prioritized listing algorithm that takes into account our Super host and Premier Partner status. Additionally, our platform enables users to manage calendars, prices, and ratings/reviews.

GUEST CONCIERGE
