A 1-minute walk to the shallow sandy beach on the shores of the crystal clear waters of Lake Simcoe, our beautifully renovated cottage has everything you need for your home-away-from-home vacation experience.

- Minet's Point Beach is a 1-minute walk from your front door, shallow sandy entry perfect for little ones!
- Beautifully maintained expansive yard with tons of green space for outdoor activities and games
- 2 large capacity seating areas, 1 on front porch close to beach and 1 on upper back deck with fire table and 4 swivel lounge chairs, hammock and large light-up shade umbrella!
- Fire Pit area to roast marshmallows (firewood provided)
- 4-person hot tub sunken in deck, hot tub towels provided
- Dining table and chairs for 6
- Propane BBQ Grill to cook gourmet meals next to the kitchen door for convenience
-Water Toys -2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards and life jackets available for use, available 2 wheel dollies for easy transport to the beach!
- Up to 8 parking spaces in driveway
- DT Barrie Fireworks shows & Air shows you can watch from the beach!!

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.

Please Note*** This is a family stay cottage and parties are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated, and can result in the local authorities being contacted and the termination of your stay with no refund!

Our hot tub is professionally maintained after each guest check out, you will always have clean/clear, fresh water for your stay

Pets are allowed, $50/ Pet cleaning fee added!

This cottage is NOT directly lakefront, but the beach is a 1-minute walk!
