Feed the friendly koi, take in the tranquil surroundings, and enjoy a quiet moment beside the water. It's the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and create memorable photos during your stay.

- 4 acres of professionally maintained grounds, picturesque Lavender fields and just minutes to the Bruce Trail which is a trail 500 kms from Niagara to Tobermory. The snowmobile trails are part of a 30,000 km network and ATV trails are 5 kms throughout the back forest.

- Huge wrap around Patios & Plenty of seating, loungers and outdoor dining for 10!

- 2 Propane Firepits (1 on front balcony, 1 on back patio, we supply propane)

- Large wood burning firepit (we supply the wood!) 

- Large Napoleon propane BBQ (we supply the propane)

- Wildlife: The remote location of the property ensures wildlife is abundant. You may see deer, wild turkeys, fox, blue herons, hawks, falcons, woodpeckers etc. However there can also be skunks, racoons, mice, snakes and coyotes. We ask you to respect all wildlife you may come across, this is their home as much as ours…as long as they stay outside

Guests will have access to the entire home and property except the white barn, furnace room and 1 locked closet.

- Large Pond is USE AT OWN RISK (Koi Pond is not to be fished or accessed other that feeding.)

- Pets, your furry Friends are welcome, Please send host a message to approve. $50/pet additional fee.

- Fresh clean linens, towels, & bathroom toiletries provided.

- Drip coffee, Keurig with pods, tea varieties and hot chocolate are provided at the coffee station.

- Washer and dryer available for your convenience.

- Forget something? Need something? Almost everything you will need you can find in the nearest town of Meaford only a 13 min drive away

This is a beautiful, WORKING lavender farm, and that's part of what makes your stay so special. To keep the property thriving year-round, you may occasionally see light farm or property maintenance during your visit, such as lavender harvesting (seasonally), lawn care, snow removal, gardening, or general groundskeeping. Any work is planned to be as unobtrusive as possible, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of the estate and grounds.
