    We provide a service for property owners who have luxury, high-end, or upscale vacation rentals, second homes, or properties that are unoccupied for all or part of the year due to busy schedules. We focus on managing entire homes, and we do not handle rooms, suites, or properties where the owner or another stakeholder such as a long-term renter resides on-site. To be eligible for our short-term rental service, the property must meet our criteria for location, condition, regulatory compliance, equipment, and furnishings. We understand that every property has room for improvement, and we are willing to work with property owners to bring their properties up to our standards.
